Additionally, I have experienced difficulties contacting customer support over the past two days. Email support redirect me to chat service. The chat support seems to be temporarily unavailable. I understand that there may be peak times, but I hope they can improve the accessibility of the service.
Requests
I kindly request that Netflix:
- Verify and, if possible, cancel the subscription renewal that I did not intend to make.
- Consider a refund for the amount charged.
- Provide clarification on the renewal procedures, particularly regarding opening the app.
- Consider improving the accessibility of your customer support.
