Web applications/vTuner
I have always had a particular passion for international Web streaming Radios and at the dawn of the 2000s with my pioneering first Duron 800 PC I used vTuner a Windows application that allowed me to select hundreds of web radio stations sorting by continent/country genre and much more.
The same radio stations are still available today inside vTuner archive although the native application no longer exists (tried to resurrect it with Wine but it did not connect to any player).
Using the advanced features of the Epiphany browser (GNOME Web) you can turn the radio station web archive into a mini GNOME application.
In fact, it is sufficient to open this page with Epiphany:
https://vtuner.com/setupapp/guide/asp/BrowseStations/startpage.asp
and select the item from the menu:
Install site as a web application
A launcher will be created with its own icon which will open the archive of radio stations.
